Brandi graduated from Oregon State University with a Bachelors of Science in Elementary Education with emphasis in Psychology and Sociology. She soon started her HR career while working at Nike, Inc. in Portland, Oregon in the mid-1990s. At Nike, Brandi held multiple positions, focusing on employee training, database management, and employee payroll. Over the next 7 years, Brandi moved into administrative work and project management before starting her own company and staying home with my young family. While working from home doing medical transcription, Brandi developed a broad knowledge of healthcare vocabulary and definitions, as well as medication names, uses, and benefits. In 2012, Brandi joined Express Employment Professionals in Roseburg, Oregon as a staff recruiter, focusing on healthcare and administrative recruiting, growing the business to be a multi-million dollar operation. At the end of summer 2016, Brandi and her husband moved thier family to Austin, Texas, where she started with Stonegate Pharmacy as the HR Manager, focusing on getting our employee processes and procedures into compliance and growing our staff to meet our needs as a growing business.
