Meghan earned her Bachelor of Science in Chemistry with a minor in Biology from Texas State University in San Marcos in 2008. In 2009 she began working at an independent community pharmacy in Austin where she realized her passion for patient interaction and understanding medication. She went on to earn her Doctor of Pharmacy from The University of Texas at Austin College of Pharmacy in 2014. Meghan was able to further expand her community pharmacy experience while on rotation at Stonegate Pharmacy her fourth year in pharmacy school. She realized that this was the perfect pharmacy practice environment for her to have the patient interaction she desired, while being able to continually develop her medication knowledge through non-sterile and sterile compounding, traditional medication, medication therapy management, and immunizations. She is thrilled to be a part of the Stonegate team! In her free time, Meghan enjoys going hiking, playing Frisbee, watching movies, and indulging in all of the delicious cuisine Austin has to offer.
