Stonegate Pharmacy: Dedicated to Quality

Stonegate Pharmacy is accredited by Pharmacy Compounding Accreditation Board (PCAB) for compliance with PCAB pharmacy compounding accreditation standards. PCAB is a service of Accreditation Commission for Health Care and is a third-party accreditation organization that has developed the highest national standards that providers are measured against in order to illustrate their ability to effectively and efficiently deliver quality compounded medications to consumers.

PCAB performs on-site visits with industry-expert Surveyors who audit specific areas of performance. PCAB Accreditation also requires annual validation to ensure continued compliance with all applicable standards.

PCAB Accreditation requires pharmacies to demonstrate compliance with specific process standards. By choosing a compounding pharmacy that has achieved PCAB Accreditation, you can take comfort in knowing that the pharmacy meets national quality standards. If you have any concerns about the product or service that you receive from Stonegate Pharmacy, you may contact ACHC directly at 855-937-2242,

The UCM Credentialing and Accreditation Program (UCAP) was developed in spring of 2015 through a collaborative effort between United Compounding Management (UCM) and the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy (NABP). The compounding industry needed a cost-effective, comprehensive accreditation in response to poor quality and ethical behaviors of “bad actor” pharmacies. The UCAP process consists of a review of quality, regulator, contractual, ethical, and marketing practices, as well as an onsite inspection to valid compliance with USP <795> and <797> standards.

At its foundation, UCAP utilizes NABP’s Verified Pharmacy Program™ (VPP™) onsite inspection component. VPP is recognized by several state Boards of Pharmacy as a component in the nonresident licensure process as it provides transparency and confidence that potential issues are being identified and addressed using a uniform inspection form. Boards of pharmacy access pharmacies’ VPP inspection reports, as well as other verified data, including license verifications and existing disciplinary actions, through a secure online system.

Stonegate Pharmacy is a UCM Certified Provider and UCAP accredited.
