Stonegate Pharmacy Store Brands: Any unopened and unused Stonegate Pharmacy non-prescription product can be returned for a full refund when accompanied by a receipt.
Refunds can be processed only at the location where the item was purchased
Refunds are payable to the customer in the same tender as the original purchase. Some exceptions apply:
Check refunds are payable in cash
Debit card (when PIN is entered at debit pad terminal) refund is payable in cash
Returns without a receipt, once approved by Management, are processed as store credit.
A valid customer ID is required for all refunds without a receipt
Accepted identification: state-issued driver’s license or identification card, U.S. passport, and valid military identification card
Customers receiving compounded medications may be issued a refund upon approval by management on a case by case scenario. Under no circumstances can the medication be returned under federal and state law.
